The War is Over

Twenty years since the orders to end the IRA armed campaign, author and broadcaster Brian Rowan revisits that historic day to reflect on its significance and on the headline political and policing developments that followed. A special archive publication will be available at the event, and the work will also be hosted online by Open University Open Learn.
